Another hood question
I know I have seen this thread somewhere before but can't seem to find it as usual. I need to know in what order the bumbers go on a 1952 F1 hood. Is it largest one near the cab or does it start the other way with smallest one near the cab. There are nine pieces so I would think four on each side and one in the middle on the hood in the front by the latch. As always thanks for the information on the subject.

There are a total of 7 bumpers for the hood (3 on each side and one large square one in the nose). The three on each side are different sizes (small, med, and large).
My question is... does the smallest bumper go towards the front of the hood or towards the cab at the back of the hood?

Large -med. to small = front to back .Make sure they are in the correct holes in the hood
I guess it would be a safe assumption that you have your hood on, I needed help please? I’m working on a installing the A/C evaporator brackets in my cab that is upside down at this time, it looks like the only place I can mount the bulkhead fitting for the cooler/ heater lines is at the very top right (passengers side) of the fire wall but because the cab is upside down I can’t see how much clearance there is between the hood hinge base (with the spring) mounted on the firewall and the outside seam edge of the fire wall / cab for the hoses. Would it be possible for you (anyone) to measure this, thanks.
