I just bought an 2004 Excursion with the 6.0 Diesel and it did not have the diesel engine owners manual insert, in fact it didn't have any of the owners manuals.

I found a website with a free download of the standard 2004 Excursion owners manual, but I cannot find the diesel insert to the manual.

This may not be the correct place to ask, but since I have not had any luck searching for one (and I'm cheap so I don't want to buy one from the dealer), does anyone know where I can download one?
