i found the solution to find the latching relay.. kinda bulky but u can get it at least
NTE RLY7742 15 Amp, Bistable, DPDT, Impulse Relay, 12 VDC
is one place
RLY7643 - NTE - Relays - RELAY 15A DPDT 24VAC
here is another.... click on the pdf as it gives like 4 other part number to look up depending on the type of application u need .... i found the part number off this site then googled the part number..."RLY7742 " which was what i needed for my 12vdc car application.. right now huricane sandy is going on so it might take a couple of days to get it ...
