CARB diesel rules under fire
Also posted in S. Calif forum, but this could be the beginning of some rollback:
San Diego Source > Construction > CARB to amend diesel regulations

Would be nice to be able to actually READ the article, without giving away the farm in the process...

On edit:
I wonder exactly what they'll be considering. Given CARB's "clout", I doubt the changes would be substantive enough to do any "real" good. Perhaps pushing back compliance dates a year or so?
I wonder if they've been hearing the scuttlebutt that says that there will wind up being BIG transload businesses being set up opposite the CA border (in AZ and NV), and CA WON'T be getting the tax revenues from said businesses?

But aggravation against the San Diego newspaper.
CARB's website is a better source anyway.
