Do a battery load test. Mine just went out. Had full voltage, but when tried to crank engine, I got lots of crazy noises and clicking under the dash. Put my load tester on it and it went to zero as soon as I pushed the load button.

When a battery begins to short out internally, it can be intermittent and cause some weird stuff to happen.

Is your radio working? If not they are all on a relay circuit which is possibly the clicking noise. Relay in fuse block.

What type of truck is it? a F150?
I know the super dutys have a leaky windshild problem that drips on the fuse box and causes some weird problems..

Put a garden hose on the lower left front windshield. they tend to leak there if you've had the windshiled replaced. My bosses 01 F350 is leaking and all kinds of weird stuff is going on in that truck.
Buzzing, clicking, and the interior lights are coming on while driving.
Just a thought

pull the gem and fuse box out and take a look to see if you have had water intrusion, the water leak isn't like you'll have a puddle in the cab, so you might not know

Well, you could call

but the usual culprit is corroded connections at the GEM due to water leaks.
