97 van transmission fluid

What should I use? I'm not sure if I have a e4od or a 4r100 (although it looks like a e4od) so what fluid should I use?

Thank You.

Changing ATF Fluid in a E4OD and 4R100 transmission .: Articles Have a look here if doing a fluid change. Use fluid with Mercron V spec. For example Mobil1 ATF.

Ok so it is alright to use Mercon V, I read so many horror stories about MV on a e4od I was afraid to use it.

Thank You.
