Damper Spacer/sleeve
so my damper spacer has a big groove in it where it rides onthe seal in the timing cover. I read that you can get a sleeve to repair the spacer, to get a good seal. I can't seem to find the repair sleeve or a replacememt spacer. can you guys point my in the right direction?

I think what you're referring to is the "Speedi-Sleeve" made by SKF, or the "Redi-Sleeve" made by National & Timken. I think Pioneer, Victor-Reinz, Bower, Fel-Pro, and others offer them too.
If you can't find a harmonic balancer repair sleeve listed by application, you can order them in almost any diameter. Sometimes you have to trim the length, though.
I checked Rock Auto's online catalog, and it looks like National part number 88187 fits the 240, 300, and 352 engines from 1966 as well as many other Ford applications.
