If your lucky, the previous owners and or dealer would have kept the door code card in the owner's manual package in the glove box.
If your not so lucky, you need to look for your KEM (Keyless Entry Module) In the xtra/Crew cabs its usually on the back wall, some folks with a REcab have also found thiers in the same spot.
But! the last time I had look for one in a ReCab it was in the dash.
On Edit: If this a recent purchase, you may be able to get the (Ford) dealer to plug-in and pull it for you (as a means of good faith on thier part)
