On a 1996 F150/Bronco 5.8L truck, does someone have one! In my research I get different answers. Do these trucks use the AirB and AirD emissions solenoids to control the A.I.R. emissions systems like the 5.0L did in 1996? I have been looking at an EEC-V 104 pin wiring schematic over on Mitchell and they show connections to these to control valves for emissions for the 1996 5.0L engine, but the 1996 5.8L only shows a "Vapor Valve" connection, which to me means Ford had different emission configuartions on the 5.8L vs the 5.0L in 1996. Can someone give me an answer? I have seen some vacumm diagrams that show a difference, but I have also seen Ford parts breakout diagrams that show they were the same. Totally frustrating! I am trying to go from an EEC-IV to EEC-V computer, and need an answer. Thanks for your help in advance!
