Chevy/Dodge competitor to the High Boy

I think Chevy and Dodge didn't have an equivalent to a high boy, but wanted to check with you. If they didn't, what would've been the closest thing they had to compete with it?

I think Chevy's K20 was their 3/4-ton 4x4. Didn't they use the NP205 too? If so, wouldn't it have to sit higher than 4x2's?

I'm not sure what they called it, but the chevys had two different suspention packages in the 70s. And yes some of them had the 205, they also had the K30 series with the D60 front.
