Oil pressure gauge

Oil pressure gauge
My oil pressure gauge is doing a little dance between the O and R on normal. Im pretty sure i have not noticed this before. My truck is a 93 250 non turbo. Im headed to town tommorow to plunk a couple of benjamins down on a pair of batteries, so before i do, should i have concerns on my gauge doing that. I traded for this truck 2 months ago, as some knoe here have had my short list of fixes. The batteries are 2009 bosch, but the truck sat like 4 months unused before i traded for it. Constantly jumping it off, had enough of that. Have read all the threads on batteries and did load tests. As far as i can tell the truck is givng no load for overnight battery drain.
Really more concerned on this oil gauge meter dance, like i said never noticed it up till tonight. Any thoughts? Thanks

As stated, check the sending unit, and get a real mechanical gauge!
It appears you had them load tested and they were bad???
To ensure you don't have a drain on the batts, unhook them at night, does it start the next morning??
Did you know that a battery setting on a grounded surface can cause drain...
-Enjoy
