79 F-150 Ranger XLT 4x4 shortbed. Born and raised in CA so no rust.Built 400 and C-6 with less than 25k on them . Dark jade green with black and green interior. 3.5 lift with 33" M'T's,soft locker in rear. Rollbar and the bed is LineX'ed . Everything works except for A/C and cruise. Many options,have Ford history report. Garaged and is my week end driver. Pioneer CD with ipod port. Has a few small dings and scratches,but it's 30yrs old. Not perfect ,but very nice. The speedo has started bouncing when first taking off. And have noticed a small leak on the tranny,where the shifter linkage is attached on that shaft that goes in the tranny. I think the seal or O ring needs replaced. $5000.00 is my bottom dollar.
I need to look into shipping. To be honest and up front, $5000 was the limit I set with shipping so I will let you know when I get quotes. Not sure if flying down and driving back would be less expensive. I'll estimate the cost of that using 10 mpg x cost x distance vs. shipping. Again, Do you think the truck would make the trip to Ct. ?
I think it would. All fluids are good. Keeps great oil pressure,runs cool. Tires are about 45-50%. Put new battery and Edelbrock carb on when I got it last yr. I some pics on Supermotors.com under TN472R. If you want to look at them.
