anyone know torgue specs

hi does anyone know torgue specs for main and connecting rod bearings on a 95 f150 5.0 efi im rebuilding and i cant find the torque specs anywhere. thanks..

ok this is coming from my 80-96 Haynes manual. and these are the specs for a 302.
main bearing cap bolts it says 60-70 ft-lbs
connecting rod nuts 19-24 ft-lbs.
