**** is discontinuing ALL of their stainless steel mirror parts (they will just keep making the black and white i guess.)
i guess they still have stock left, and thats why i am still being shipped the main parts.-AKA main arms and mirror heads.
just a heads up if anyone is looking for lower prices on west coast mirrors.
i'll let ya know soon if they look like good quality pieces when i get 'em.

i e-mailed them, asking why they would disconinue making that breakway/swing away (or whatever its called) arm in stainless, and that was their reply.in fact.............

email c/p:

email label i chose: 92802 - Stainless Steel

my question:
i tried to order these online and they told me you discontinued them.
now who wants to order stainless mirrors and main mounts yet be forced to buy these pieces in black?
what where you thinking, and will you have them again in the future?
last question, can you inform me of a retailer you may have sold them to,that still has them in stock?
thank you.

the reply:

Yes it is true we have discontinued all items in stainless steel. You can check out Grote.com on the internet they sell similar items in stainless steel also.

i received my new west coast mirrors.
they look like great quality!
so if ya want to hurry and grab ****'s last stock of the stainless, you better act asap.
as is,iv already got to pay more for those C brackets some time down the road.
just a heads up to anyone interested.
now i can't wait to get 'em on!

ah the pic kinda makes 'em look like they're black in a lot of places lol.
they're not though.all shiny stainless.just dark in here.had the flash set too...hmm (new camera.still learning it.ah well,i'll have pics of 'em on out in the sun soon enough. --yeah iv got the other package of brackets, just forgot to toss it down in the pic.)
check out that style mirror head uh? i wasnt sure if they looked as good as i thought they would from the pics online.glad i went with 'em.i like that style.that style doesn't cost much either,i can't figure that part out, especially seeing them in person.

Starmilt,,, Do you know if the MotoMirror will fit the same bracket's listed on this thread? If not, do you have the bracket and assembly information that would fit my 1992 F350?
I called up a distributor, and the lighted, heated, Dual vision is $227.99 each side. Would you recommend the single or Dual vision? Would the installation be hard? Thanks again!

Starmilt won't be replying for a while, hes in Alaska.

Something cheap and there good is the factory Ford tri-pod mirrors, you shouldn't have any trouble finding some of these at the scrap yards.

GM also had these type of mirrors but the support arms were alot shorter.

I pulled a mirror bracket off another truck from the junkyard, straightened it, cut it half, drilled a new hole for the morror and mounted it on with a clamp. I got the mirrors 6-8" or so further out, and was able to mount small wide angel mirrors below the originals. Works great for the camper and when towing.
