Question 1989 4.9l efi to carb conversion

Like the title says: I'm actually looking to go from EFI to a carb set up. I have a 4 spd direct drive tranny.

Heres the add : 1971 Ford Pick up Truck Engine & Transmission Complete 300 6 Cy 3 speed standard transmission $250.00

Seems like everything is there from the pictures I've looked at. My question is : what all is needed to do the swap ? The engine comes with fuel pump and distributor. Do I need a different ECM or anything ? Once its all said and done I'd like to go with an Offy C intake and I dont quite remember what carb I was wanting to run. Anyways, what all is needed to complete this swap ? Will my 4 spd manual tranny bolt up to this engine no problems with it being a 1971 and my current being a 1989 ? I plan on using my EFI exhaust manifold and the power steering pump off my current setup .

Thanks in advance.
