Not one piece. Multi-part outer rims have either an outer "lock ring" that holds the tire bead in place, or have a "side ring" that locks to the wheel at the center of the outer rim. This last type is today termed a "widow maker". The lock ring styles are safe to use if handled by professionals. These would require tube type tires in either bias ply or radial construction. Yes, these wheels were made for DRW applications and used by Ford, Dodge, IHC, and Studebaker on their tonner models.

My F350 has 19.5 wheels and what I guess you are calling pizza cutters; I love them. I don't remember what I paid but it sure wasn't a thousand dollars, maybe $500 for all four. I just went to the local tire shop and ordered them. They are Double Coin BR 19.5 12PR.
Makes my truck steer like it has power steering and I ride way up high. I will admit the ride is a bit rough but it is a 1 ton so that is what I expect.

The older tubeless 17.5s and 19.5s were not as strong and were also prone to stress cracks when radial tires were first introduced, so I doubt you'll want them. The wheel manufacturers printed disclaimers in their catalogs stating that warranties were voided if radials were fitted to the tubeless truck wheels (17.5", 19.5", and 22.5"). They later redesigned tubeless wheels to handle radials.
Custom heavy duty 16" wheels would be a solution for you, but would probably be expensive.

No one has upgraded to a more modern 8 lug? Instead of hunting for wheels we have a pile of the 70s style ford dually rims in tubeless 16 inch. My friends '64 f350 has those 6 lug wheels and they're too rusty to use. We'd like to just upgrade the axle and front spindles/I beam.
Thanks!

I also have a 1965 F-350 with dual wheels and need to change out the wheels for the same reason you are.I got a wheel thats a 17.5 tubeless and it looks to be the same bolt pattern, but I want to try and bolt it up to the lugs to make sure.Leave me know how you made out in your search.Another guy told me that there are aluminum wheels made by alcoa with this bolt pattern, but they are like $399.00 ea.Also I need to find cab mounts and floor pans, and rear cab corners, any ideas where to find these?

Those aluminum wheels might simply be customs made by a company like Wheels Now.
If anybody is wanting spare 16" lock rings, and lives near Michigan, here's a guy on eBay just about giving a set away. Stu
