Yeah but at least for the first time I will be moving into "MY" house and not someone else's. That's going to be a BIG motivator...

We just went the other way and hate it. Nothing like having your own house. Hope all goes well. How's the wife coming along?

Her back is causing her so many problems her work is making her get a doctors note saying she can continue to work

We have met the conditions for approval now we have to meet the compliance... LOL
