It's probably one of the beefiest regular automotive transmissions ever made so.....a lot.
Torque would probably be the deciding factor in what breaks it though. I know mine handles 500 ft/lbs fine.
The things that usually break them is people stripping the teeth of the creeper gear though. If you're 4wd and married t-case, i've seen the t-case adapters crack a few times.
