Yes it is, and I'm thankful to be above ground. No recent disaster or anything, just glad to be here. Especialy since I get to chat (bs) with all the great people here.
Looked at a thread "carry concieled". Even commented. I was amazed and also very pleased at the adult caliber ( no pun ) of the conversation. Opinions differed and were expressed intelligently. Helps to restore faith in people,at least some. Maybe just an indication of the quality of people on the forum. Jeff

I'm still here Jeff. Just been working a lot, and having "issues" with my satellite Internet. I didn't find a 4bbl manifold for the 300-6 at the swap meet, but I will try and get one from Jalopy 45. If you could pick up the header for me I would gladly pay you for it when you come to pick up your frame. Are you bringing a trailer to pick up the frame? Also do you know when you are coming over? I want to make sure I take that day off...
Maybe if I can get Micheal 69 to come over the same day we could call it a GTG!
I will NOT be going with FI on the 6. My goal is to have NO rigs with computers OR fuel injection. Total old school here!
Finding my place is real easy. When you get to Arlington (on I-84) just turn South on Hwy 19 and go 27 miles. Turn right on Pennington road at milepost 27. I'm about a halfmile down Pennington Rd on the left side. You can't miss my place, I'm the only house on that road. There are no other houses on Pennington road, just mine! I love having NO neighbors......
Looking forward to meeting you!

Well what do ya know, there you are. Busy is good. Will go do whatever I can as far as the header goes. Yes, I'm bringing a small trailer. We may get a little inventive about placement, but I'm sure it will fit. Frame and differential should'nt weigh over 1500 should it? Frame not over 16/17 ft. long? As for the day, I was shooting for this Friday. I hope that's ok? That's what we were trying for before your son's adventure. What kids won't do to get a day off. We'll try to get out of here fairly early, the wife tells me it's about a 3 1/2 hr. drive, and she wants to show me the old homested. Easier done with the engine on the trailer than with the frame.
Kind of a lazy day road trip for us. If you need to set a time because of conflicts/ obligations, I respect that and will be there for the appointment. Otherwise I would guess late morning Friday, and I would like to meet other members from our little corner of the world, If you were'nt teasing.
The fuely manifolds I was refering to are the exhaust manifolds, little cast iron headers (2) true dual exhaust. Supposed to be as good as headers in the low and mid range without the headaches of headers. Let me know whats what and we'll do it. Going to be fun. Jeff

Yep, I'm still here! lol The Hedman header would work fine for me. I'll take the whole day off Friday so we can visit as much as we want. The frame and rear end should be way less than 1,500 lbs. Good guess on the frame! I just went out and checked the length, 15'10". Looking forward to seeing ya on friday!

I added a couple of more pictures of the kids cars in the Bronco gallery and a picture of the Bronco and the race trailer, the reason that I got the F250.

Hey guys, just wanted to check in and say hi. Been working crazy hours helping implement a new paperless time and attendance system at work. Lot's of traveling to Grants Pass learning the system to get it up and running at our facility. I won't be around much until the weekend, hope everyone's having a good week!

Evening all. Wow what a day. Build some fence first thing, then off to the scrap yard to shop, then to the wrecking yard to get a goodie for Don ( yes you will be the proud owner soon) then back home to change out two complete rear drive axles.plus some odds and ends. I'll need a week off to rest up from all this.... at least I think I do. Jeff

Morning all. Is'nt it amazing how we're all so bright and cheerful every morning. Must be our influence on one another. You be the judge, haha. Going to be 70* here today, spring is approaching.
