Yeah used to get double time and a half but when the economy started tanking we had to cut the OT budget bug time in my dept.

Howdy boys...all this talk of paid holidays has me green with envy!!! Our company handbook lists holidays...most of them say CLOSED-OPEN FOR SALES!!! The hourly paid employees get compensated...we don't!!!

They cut out OT also, but now I get Fridays off if I have my 40 in. Except this week I'll have 52 hrs in and Friday off........ even better.

Ken that does suck. Chris with my office it is harder to get ot since we have 9 dispatchers. before we were filled we could just blink and be asked if we wanted ot.
