Does 5.0 and 5.8L use same oil pan?

When I look oil pan on 5.0L and 5.8L it kind look same but not sure.

Why I want swap 5.0L oil pan to 5.8L? 5.8L in F250 which is plow truck for 15 years so oil pan look worst that I don't feel safety to drive with that crusty that been JB welder patch on it.

I could probably make a killing selling rust-free truck parts from junkyards here and shipping them around the country.
