Looks like a great building with lots of doors and the right ceiling height (future lift?). I made the mistake 16 years ago of only going to 10 ft and had to raise the roof to get my lift in.
This is where the 1ST-RIDE was created .Built in '94 . The attic trusses were a donation . Needed to make one more to fit the foundation size . No big deal .It is 20' x 30' . The largest allowed in a back yard in the city .The front pad is also the same size . Can't wait to get out in the country .Am going to build a palace .The Boston hip design minimizes the wind sheer in case of a severe storm ( hurricane ) .

I did want to keep the Ceiling high, (12+ Feet high) with the hopes of getting a couple of lifts.... That's the plan anyway.
Also, with all the Texas heat we have, I decieded to put Tech-Shield on all the walls and the roof, and lots of doors for good cross flow breeze.
Late to the party... this thread made me realize I haven't taken a pic of the garage in 3 yrs. I had it built about '06, a real nightmare with the "contractor". Not an architectural masterpiece, just a box, 24x32. I wanted two car bays plus a motorcycle area. I spend half my life walking from the attached garage to this one, whatever I need always seems to be in the other one.
