I use a laser cutting place in town, if you can draw it they can cut it. I get everything done there.

Axle perches interlock so pretty easy to get them straight.

As far as the box sides are concerned, I DO NOT want this thread to turn into a discussion about them...........

Found these, no idea if they're any good or not, but they're the first ones I've found for these trucks.... I have a decent center for a styleside but it needs side panels, was gonna cut down new longbox full panels but they're half the price of these before investing any work into them....

Southern Truck sells rust free GM, Chevrolet, GMC, Chevy, Ford, Dodge, Jeep, Toyota, Mazda, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Nissan truck parts and also does truck restorations and customized paint jobs.

Scroll down a bit...

K well..... try this box I guess.... REALLY decieving having the grey on the bottom and that top rail.... changes the lines in the pictures vs actually standing beside it. The straps lifting the front are holding the box back about 3" from where it should sit so lines up weird in pics too.

I like it.Betcha the neighbors like it.Actually saw one at a car show not to long ago,Dent front .90s rear.It looked good.I did not proceed to open his hood or anything,I didnot even want to touch his truck.Again looks good, better than good

Thanks, ya I'm a lot happier with this box. The body line at the top of the box fender bugs me tho.... either need to drop the box about 3" and cut the bottom of box of to match cab or drop box then find the 90s flareside cab steps or make something, or fill in the box line and smooth it out. Been sitting on a stool staring at it for an hour deciding.

Dropped the box 2-2x4s and wow, looks tons better. The lower edge bugs me now but running board/steps or box trimming of something will clean it up later.

I'm dusty now.

Going shopping for a full body condom suit.... touch any of the cracked fiberglass and it feels like you're rolling around in broken glass. Not fun.
