Need ideas??

I have had this hard start problem only in the morning!
I replaced the leaky Fuel pump, three Glow plugs one bad and two running at 50% so I will probly loose some sleep tonight thinking about the morning start and if it dont work!
What should I look for next I am thinking leaky injectors????

describe the hard start. is it hitting right away, is it not hitting at all for a long time.
Is it getting smoke out of the tailpipe while you are cranking it over.
how long is the initial glotime on the plugs.
I know it sucks but I've always had the best luck changeing all eight plugs at once. a couple new ones will be heating right and the others only doing half the job, I think this is compounded with the style controller you have as it relies on the plugs resistance.

It takes about 10-15 sec after the WTS light goes out and then 10-15 sec of cranking and then lots of smoke "no sweet smell" then it trys to die and runs real rough for about 10 sec!
Style controller, Push button I keep hearing this so is it better to bypass my stock controler??
What do you think??
Keep in mind I will find out tomorrow morning if its done, I do like your idea of change em all!

10 to 15 seconds of cranking before smoke then more cranking then runs rough for ten seconds or so, sounds like air intrusion to me. Try cranking it until you get smoke then glow the plugs for 10 seconds then crank it and see how it works.
