Ok a dad here needs some help with his soon to be 18yr old son's truck.

My son needs better headlights so he wants to both headlights and taillights. Are there any worthwhile "smoked" style headlights and taillights??? We are looking for housing that is black but with a CLEAR lens. He isn't looking for stock headlights such as 2005-2007 swap he wants that dark housing look.

Does he like then 05-07 Harley Davidson edition lights? There a black housing and look good.

I run these led tail lights. I'm happy with them. So far 0 issues and the brake lights are super bright.

changed out the light scatterers to these, (newest version has built in turns too)


If you have the composite headlamps its a trip to salvage yard to get necessary bits and pieces

 

I have already replaced the headlights on my Excursion to clear, unfluted lenses.
they are very good.

I am hoping that the tail lights shown here will fit my truck?

going to look at it very close to see if it they will fit

 

Excursion tail lights are different then the trucks. I believe they are the same as econoline vans. May be able to find a set close to them on amazon
