'98 Expedition air conditioner leaking on passenger side floor. Any Suggesions?

 

It sounds like the drain tube for the condenser may have gotten clogged up. I'm not sure just where it is, but if you can locate it, you can probably clean it out with a piece of wire.

Anybody know where it is?

 

Sometimes these get plugged with slime that likes dark damp places.
A dose of hydrogen peroxide will usually take it out.

 

You should be able to find the drain tube from underneath the passenger side between the firewall and cab area. A black piece of tubing approx. 3/8" diameter. Can back flush with peroxide as mentioned above or a 10% bleach solution which will disinfect any mold. (1 part bleach to 9 parts water). You drain tube may also be loose, so use caution if using bleach that you don't wind up with it on your carpet. Put down protective covering regardless of which agent you use. Purchase a new turkey baster and give it to your wife along with a big kiss, use the old one as a flush tool. Marital crisis averted.
