Outside Door Handle Question

Hi all. Have a question regarding the front passenger dor handle. I would like to switch it with one without the keyhole. Can I just order the rear right outside door handle for the front passenger side. Are the clips that hold it into place the same? Will it fit without any modifications? Also do you think its best to order the dealer part or after market is same quality?

Thanks

Yes the rear handle will work fine. Bolts right in, just does not connect to the lock mechanism

Thank You! Do you happen to have a diagram of the door handle assembly?

No I don't. You will have to remove the interior door panel and then two nuts hold the latch to the door. Actually, I think one of the two is accessed thru a rubber plug, outside the door panel.
