K&N Cold Air Intake Question/Help

I have a 1996 Ford F250 7.5 V8 and I want to get a K&N Cold Air Intake kit, But in order to get it, I need to know if I have a mass airflow sensor.
Plus any comments on the K&N Cold Air Intake kit?
Thanks
Here are some Pics of the engine!

You have Speed Density.

I had a K&N setup on my truck, I went back to the stock airbox due to the noise the open element makes. It did make a small difference in power, but the intake noise when towing wasn't worth it. Just my opinion...

You have speed density only 96 and 97 california emmisions trucks were mass air it would have a mass air meter right next to the air box if it had mass air.

Ok I went to order the K&N cold air intake kit and when ordering it, the prep. wanted to know if I wanted to order 2 Tornado Performance Booster to go with the cold air intake kit. I need 2 of them because I have duel intakes hoses. Would the Tornado Performance Boosters be worth getting and will it make any difference along with the K&N cold air intake? Any help or comments would be great!
Thanks again.

There is this one site that did dyno on all those fuel savers an the tornado thing dose not work it makes it worse cuz it slows down the air flow. But i wounder if the tb spacer really works air raid looks like they make a good one. Another good thing to get is a trans commander earthier by banks or jet dont know what one is better both say they do the same thing. An bbk makes a 61mm tb that is another good bolt on. Sorry got carried away.

I assume yours is EFI also? It says right next to the throttle stop/idle screw, that it is set from the factory and is not supposed to be adjusted. Did you remove yours?

no but see the above link i have a separate thread going. it appears that the top part of the bolt broke off and it is not able to be adjusted but the PO has a washer taped to the stop plate. I took the washer off but the idle speed sits at about 600 rpm. it accelerates fine but on decel it sort of decelerates slowly until about 1000 rpm then snaps back to 600 rpm. i think that problem is actually with the little link arm (does anyone have part # for that?) it is not that bad but my only concern is that i dont want the butterfly valves to get damaged if they are getting too close to the throttle body tube. i guess how close is too close? haha does any of that make any sense?
