I just moved to Tenn. I have an 04 6.0l. Right now I'm just looking for normal maintenance, but I'd like to know if there is a dealership that stands out. Or one that should be avoided.
As far as pricing I have no clue, and there may be some other good techs out there, but as far as a superduty goes I would take it to Tom Beaudette at Ted Russell Ford Parkside in west knoxvegas. he is by far the best and most knowledgeable I've met and pretty much only works on Superduties, as well as drives them. He has both a lifted 7.3 excursion on 37s and a 6.0 dually truck.
I believe he also does side work at his house complete with a lift. If you want to talk to him, I can get you in touch with him.

Honestly if I were you I'd save the 130 bucks the dealership charges and do your own oil changes. I agree with Justin I would trust ted russell Parkside before any others. Cobbs Diesel Performance is also down there in Loudon TN you might want to check him out as well as far as work.
Hmm could be the fleet rate I know thats how much lance and Ray Viles charges to do the company trucks. I run Schaeffers oil in my truck so I do it myself
Thanks. I'm just getting an oil change right now, but want to know where to go if there is a real need.
I just set an appt with lenoir city for the oil change. But I'll switch to ted russell in the future.
Any chance you are a Scrambler owner?
I used to be, had an '81 CJ-8 that went from stock to one tons and 42s, then built a new frame for it, where it sat around for 5 years and then eventually got parted out....hopefully someday i'll be able to have a really nice restored scrambler.
