Hi, I'm the proud owner of a 2010 Lariat. I have never ran a front plate. I was wondering if an insert is avalible for the bumper that matches the grill. Thanks

 

I was wondering the same thing. I took out the license plate bracket only to reveal the large hole......now what!!

nothing that matches the factory grille exactly, but lots of us have installed billet grilles (usually black in color to match the black bumper guards), or Street Scene mesh grille, or even homemade grilles with metal gutter mesh.

 

I like the last option. That's what i did after i took my license plate holder off to cover up those 2 big hunks of metal, only mine was black plastic. No one at work even knew it was gutter screen until i told them and they took a closer look! They just thought that's how it was.

 

The grill from Carriage Works looks sick with the bumper insert! Does anyone know if this specific part is just a bolt over the top or a direct replacement? I am pretty **** about what I put on my truck.

 

Its direct replacement. Very well designed. It bolts in from the rear and might take all of 15 minutes to install if you are as **** as I am about fitment.
