Waiting for spring to put in the door glass and last few touches, and for me to stop working on the 41 caddy project.

I'm still in a holding pattern. The cab has been at the body man's shop for seventeen months. It's actually further along than the picture shows, it's pretty much ready for primer and block sanding.

I've been reluctant to start the engine because I didn't want to wash all the assembly oil out of the block. However, I'm going to go ahead and finish the rolling chassis, including exhaust, and fire it up. I do spin the transmission and differential occasionally, to circulate the lube, but it really needs to be run. (and I really want to hear it again)

Looks more like the evidence of a blower to me and the way I would handle it too

OK you caught me !! But there was plenty of shoveling too. the is where I chained the blower to my Tundra's wheel the night of the storm so I'd be ready. As you can see the drift is a good 7 feet. I had to shovel it out before I could use it.

Zoot,
OK...Now that's ridiculous! Up over the top of your truck!

I'm not saying what the temp. was here in Austin today ...
but you couldn't buy a snow shovel here if you wanted one.

Hang in there!
