Had it for over 25 years, previous owner said "Only driven to birthday parties and church on Sunday."

The funny thing is that I've never been able to get it to start for church on Sundays...

That's the plan Gigger this a low budget build, get it running, painted steel wheels, buff the paint (well what paints left) and drive it.
