Year: 1965 Make: Ford Model: F-250 Price: $875 Mileage: 124000 Color: Blue Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing Location (State): WA Transmission: Automatic Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive Color: Blue Engine: 302 V-8
This is a 1965 Ford Custom Cab 2 wheel drive truck. The odometer shows 24,000 miles and judging by the brake pedal pad wear I would guess the truck has 124,000 miles on the clock.
It is powered by a good running 302 V-8 from a 1978 LTD and has a bad (stock) C-4 automatic transmission. Good items are power steering, new battery, Dana 60 rear end (limited slip with 4:10 gears), and good tires. This is an eastern Washington truck and the rust free body is in great shape, the only rust in the inside front of the bed. It will move forward sometimes when the transmission is hot, reverse works fine.
Has collector vehicle plates and I have a clean title in hand. Would make a great driver with the transmission seals replaced or part it out. I have a few other photos I will email if you want.
I am located 45 min south of Seattle WA. Price is $875 or best reasonable offer, Cash only.
I take it you live in the Tacoma area? I lived in Tacoma back in the 80's - early 90's. I had a 65 F100 I bought off a plumber back in 86. Same shape as yours. I miss being out there. Has it changed alot since then?
