On the 2008 F 150 Lariet crew cab can 18 inch rims replace the factory 20 inch rims with no change the 4 disk brakes?

Absolutely. I believe 17" wheels were standard on the F-150's, and they fit over the rotors just fine. 18's would definitely work.

Quick edit--here are the specs for the 2008 F-150, and the rotors are 13" front, 13.7" rear, with 17" wheels standard: https://www.ford-trucks.com/specs/20...rd-f150-1.html

15 or 16 inch wheels would not fit over the brakes.

you should check if your truck uses the same rotor as a model w/ 17 or 18 that should tell you or call an aftermarket wheel company and ask for wheel options for your f150 they should know why downsizing (tire price?)

any rim from any of the following vehicles will fit your truck

2003-2011 Expedition
2003-2011 Navigator
2004-2011 F-150/Mark LT.

and the following rims are OEM and will fit perfectly.

17", 18", 20" for the standard F-150
20" for the Roush editions
22" for the Harley Davidson editions
23" for the Saleen 331

all of the 04-11 F-150's use the same backspacing and bolt patterns on the OEM rims. the 17" and 18" rims are 7.5" wide. the 20" and 22" rims are 8.5" wide. the 23" rims are a staggered set of 9" and 10" wide.

have fun. just be aware that 20" rims are freaking expensive when it comes to buying rubber
