This is an old thread, but do any of you that have a Detroit or Powertrax in a 10.5 in their vehicle use it to tow? My '02 X sees a lot of offroad in addition to some heavy towing. In fact, that's about all it sees: year-round trips to a mountain cabin and pulling the jeeps to fun places to play. Many of the cabin trips involve deep snow and chained up 35's. I'm also considering air-lockers or e-lockers.

I have been towing with my detroit installed since day one. Trailered boat, waverunners and large 20 ft trailer loaded with 5 quads. No issues what so ever.
