GOOD MORNING, EVENING & NIGHT TEXANS
Incredible Omelet idea...
First of all, a "SOUFFLE" is nothing more than an omelet that is made by whipping the egg whites before mixing in the other ingredients, and then baking in the oven for the right time at the right temperature - got that?
Whipping the egg whites makes them fluffy, the whole thing rises up as it is baked, and makes it a lot nicer...
Try this on:
In a BLENDER, drop in four whole eggs (no shells please!) and about a quarter package of shredded cheese (two ounces). Add garlic, and whatever you might like - such as a jalapeno or two. A bit of fresh onion, whatever.
Put a half can of diced tomato and green chili in a bowl (Rotell or dollar store, it don't matter). Add olive slices and such...
You can add bacon bits if you want.
BEFORE YOU SPIN THE BLENDER drop in a couple of ounces of either Chorizo, or (my favorite) half of a small package of sliced Pepperoni sausage.
~Pepperoni is the honest to God best...
Blend the cheese and egg to a froth, and put it in the bowl with the rest of the goodies.
Stir it all together.
~It should be an oven safe bowl, made of tempered glass. Corning Pyrex is the best, and it needs a lid.
You can drop a slice of butter or margarine in the center just before you slide it in the oven if you want...
Cover and bake at 325 degrees, for 45 minutes
It will fluff up into a delicacy you ain't ready to imagine yet!

I'm just glad we have weather, But warm is good. I have to get my a$$ in gear and finish my Ranger. I have the engine in just need to get the drive shaft shortened, and get the exhaust fabed up. It will be too hot soon, I waited for Feb. & March to work on it while it was cooled, hope I didn't wait too long.
No Gerry it is a 302 roller motor. I had to soak the 302 in vinegar to shrink it to fit it into the ranger. That engin bay is full of motor. I'm working on the wiring now, I should hear it run tomorrow or monday. I still have to take it to the muffler shop for exhaust. Just had my drive shaft shortened.
