2001 4.2L Cylinder head Temperature Sensor

Does anyone know if a 2001 F-150 has a CHT sensor? If it does where is it located

I do not think so.
I think the first year or two (98-99) had 2 coolant temp sensors, but somewhere mid 99 model year run, or with the roll out of the 2000 model, it was changed to a single coolant temp sensor.
Pretty sure the 2001 will have a plug screwed in where the earlier temp sensor would have been.

Mine must be a mid-year with the plug at the front sensor. Where is the second sensor?
