Hi, I have a 77 high boy and I just had the power assist valve rebuilt .. hooked it up and it spins the wheel to the left on its own and stays there tight enough where it stops the pump... need some help please

If that's your definition of a royal PITA, you must not be much of a builder. Nothing wrong with that, we need out parts guys too.
I admit I'm not a modifier, but I do know how Power Assist P/S mounts.
Why someone would wish to go thru the trouble of mounting Power Assist on a truck that would have come with integral P/S, I dunno.
Plus, there are two totally different types of Power Assist, Bendix & Garrison. With one exception, none of the parts interchange.
And, all the parts are obsolete except the bushings (comes as a kit) that fit on either side of the stud on the ram...where it mounts to the draglink. This is the only part that interchanges.
