Lifter Identification for 1989 351 Windsor

Hi All....
My first post here.
A little info: I bought this engine as a leftover from Cummins NW on a pallet, so I don't know if it is rebuilt.
Anyway, it had water intrusion because they did not secure the intake where the carb sits.
according to the serial number, it is a 1989 truck engine.
I had the heads & intake tanked & redone.
I'm stuck on what type of lifters I have.
I also have a '73 Mercruiser Ford & that was easy, the traditional TDC, 180, 270 & 20# & off you go.
This is one different & I would appreciate any help with lifter ID & setting the valves.

Not sure I understand the question; you asked about lifters, but you're showing pedestal rockers in your pictures.

Ok....
So they are pedestal rockers, that's was the actually the second question.
I take it these are not roller rockers.
I'll pull a lifter & post a pic when I get home, I need to know if they are hydraulic or not.
I only have a Clymer's OMC Manual to work with, not really too helpful for this.
I am very much a newbie with the engine, the bar between the rockers is non-existent on my '73 302.
I appreciate your response.

That motor will have hydraulic flat tappet lifters and those pedestal rockers are not adjustable, just torque the bolt to spec noting that all slack is removed from the pushrods just as the bolts are snugged down.
