Right now im running 3.55's front and rear. i know alot of people hate the TTB set up but I love it, with no sway bar it handles awesome. not to mention it rides nice on the highway.

I do want to install some Lock Rights but im not sure what to go with
thanks haha...wait till its done...if that ever happens... im getting a lock rite for the rear end in blue... what size tires are you running, there is a real weak spot on the axle shafts of a TTB so i wouldnt go with more than an LS up there...they break esily when you lock them or run big tires...and real real easy when you do both

and what is your truck? a 9" rear end wont bolt up in place of the 8.8 in the newerish trucks...look on your rear diff if there are wires and a little sensor on the diff housing it will be lot more work to get a 9" in there...and the 9" isnt any stronger than the 8.8 it just has more aftermarket support...a sterling 10.25 1 ton rear end WILL bold straight up in place of your 8.8 and then you can swap the front over to dana 50 TTB 8 lug hubs and be done with it...

nice interior nighthawk...i like seeing the lights hidden up under the dash/seats just to throw that glow through the cab, i got the idea from the big rigs i see...thats a very common mod in them things

Does your flip up headunit go all the way back? Ive always wanted one but I thought the back of the screen would hit the dash pad.

Looks good

I thought the same thing when i bought it, i thought it would hit it too, but ah not even close to hitting it, you can tilt the screen and everything and its not hitting the bash board, has a good clear away from it. Unless you tilt the screen all the way back then yeah, but there be no purpose tilting all the way back cuz you can't see the screen.lol

But go ahead it will fit
If you like to know which i have, i have a Jensen VM9312HD

Sportruk - that interior is outstanding. Really nice job. I like what you've done with the gauges alot.

A question about the seats. Did you bolt the seats on to the trucks bases or did you modifiy the bases that came with the seats?

The nighttime shot of my gauges I never uploaded.

If I can figure out what color I want to paint my trim then the next step will be some lights like Nighthawk. Thats pretty cool man.

Thanks for the comments.
I used the tracks that were on the seats. I modified the mounts to fit the floor.
The seats have the inner belt attached to the seat, so I had to make the seat a solid mounting. Under the carpet, I bolted a piece of 1/4"x2" flat bar across the floor, using the original seat bolt holes and belt mounting hole. There is also a piece of flatbar bolted to the floor for the front mounts. I made new mounts that are welded to the tracks so they bolt to the flatbar under the carpet. I was limited for head space, so I had to keep the seats as low as possible.

I really wanted those gauges but the Lightning speedos go to 120 and I could only find the 80 mph ones

lol I'm pretty sure my truck won't go that fast. I'd rather have had a lightning than white gauges, but they look nice in the blue truck.

All you need for it is 1 blue LED for the Odometer and gear position and it would look perfect.

Well my cd player has green and blue in it and you can't see in the gauges but there's a ring inside the mph that's greenish so it all blends in. Pictures don't do justice.

so I havent changed any light bulbs in my dash yet... but I did remove the queer neon lights (the 17 year old I bought the truck from had installed....they blinked with the stereo....pretty trippy) then I removed all the live wiring, and the charged unused 1.5 farad cap siting under the seat. Next was the completely unsupported cd player in the dash, it had rattled and cracked most of the surrounding plastic. I cut all the cracked plastic out and then installed a double din head unit. Then came the headliner, I pulled out and carefully removed the fabric. Then I went to the fabric store and bought some material. Some foam, and some "elephant suede" so it was called. I layed out a flame pattern in foam and glued it down then covered it in the suede. then I removed the trim pieces in the dash and covered those in the same material. Looks great and super easy. I know what your thinking... where are the pictures? Maybe one day Ill get to it.

i like all of the trucks here. i have my blue led lights for the gauges like 9ford 5 had. i got my lights off of SUPER BRIGHT LEDS - LED Lights & Accessories i was wondering if anyone who has an extended cab has a low back seat and if their raised it up and how? ii got a 93 f150 and my seat is low in the back and my friends 94 is high in the back so he can put subs under their and thats what i want to do. and i have bench seat in front and i also want to get captains chairs in the front and a center counsel.
