97 f450 tow rating???

Hey guys, I'm going to be looking at a 1997 f450 powerstroke this weekend

i feel like google is hiding things from me

I was trying to look for the tow rating for 1997 f450 diesel standard cab, 2wd, 10ft bed.

the legal rating is alot differant then what it can accually tow, i know on my f-450 it goes by how you have it registered, they have different ratings and the more you wanna tow and haul the more money they rob you, they call it combination weight or some bs.

Its an automatic and has about 130k miles.

I know that regular pickup registration maxes out at 26k lbs

how much is it rated to towbeyond that? asuming i do the proper, heavier registration

The guy that has is bought it for buisness, but only tows a 1 car trailer with it (he wanted the higher capacity incase his buisness grew alot)

is there anything that might be a red flag? (if there are no red flags, ill go ahead and have it inspected)
