If you do a search you will find a bunch of info... this has been discussed a bunch of times.
I believe the full size bronco seat tracks work really well as the floor is almost the same, and only require 4 extra holes to be drilled. And you can fit almost any seat to them with some fab work. Just remember to add some reinforcement to the floor board where you drill and mount the new seat... you don't want you along with the seat to fly through the front windshield in an accident!!!
Also the lightning seats of the same vintage are also an almost bolt in...

Are you talking about the buckets with the fold down middle seat, or the center console?
Any bucket seat will fit but it depends on the truck its going into. if is a crew cab, there is a frame that bolts in the same place as the bench, then the 3 buckets bolt to it. An extended cab, or bronco, have buckets that bolt individually to the floor, and the pass. seat slides way forward so that back seat passengers can get in. A reg cab could go either way. If you want the center console then they all bolt down individually.
Defiantly reinforce the mounting area, or just the use of the seat will fatigue the floor pan and pull the bolt through. The seatbelts are mounted separately so the seat shouldn't really move in an accident
