I want to sell my 400. It came from a 79 F250 2WD. I had plans to rebuild it few years ago, just didn't follow through and went the 460 route instead. I got as far as pulling the heads and taking them to the machine shop. He said they needed most of the giudes replaced. The valves all spec'd out good. I never heard it run so I bought it with the intentions of rebuilding it. The previous owner said it would run just fine. It is in a work shed, so it's out of the weather. I have a stock intake and carb for it, as well as numerous other 351/400 parts.
It is located in Manassas, VA. pick up only obviously. Just wanna get $100 for it.

hey man,
I have a stock intake and 2bbl, stock valve covers, misc. boxes of extra engine parts. It's stored at my dad's house and he wants it gone. Stock air cleaner is included. I will also sell my 78 F150 too. I'll send pics if you want them. I'd like to get $3500 obo for it. It needs a rear mail seal and trans pan gasket. I have whats left of a gasket kit for the engine which has the seal in it as well as the oil pan gasket.

 

do you still hav this engine? if you do would you be willing to sell just one part of it? i need the crankshat oil slinger, if you have it and would be willing to sell it seperate from everything else that would b great.

 

No. The whole thing has to go. It's at my father's house and he wants it gone.
