Pictures of my new work truck

I finally have my work truck set up the way I want it. Got the ladder rack installed this week-end. About the only other thing I am going to get for it is a Hinton Gorilla slide for the bed. Sick of crawling in there to get tools. Also need to get some mud flaps for it. First truck I have owned with steps. They get all full of mud from the front tires and it drives me crazy. I think it looks pretty good, way nicer than any other truck I have owned. Click on my avatar for more pictures of it.

Ryder Racks - Aluminum Ladder Racks for Trucks

I found this guy online. He is from North Carolina. The rack is all aluminum. It came all welded together as one unit. The welds are flawless and it fit the truck like a glove. He has certain measurements that he requires off of the truck. I had certain measurements that I needed, so it would fit in my garage, and he works his magic. They ship it to you and you install it. Everything was done over the phone. His price is the same as anything I could find locally, but the look and quality of this rack is out of this world. He does some T-tops for boats, and architectural railing for homes. If you go to his site, I suggest you click on the links to the pictures of how he wants his measurements taken

That is really cool looking. I like how you have lights off the back as well.

You must have a big garage door.

The lights are for loading and unloading trailers at night. I build storage sheds on the side, and most of my deliveries are after hours in the dark. My garage door is not big enough. Luckily this truck has the power fold in mirrors, my 8' wide garage door is not enough to get the truck in with the mirrors out in the normal position.
