2010 F-150 configurations

Today I was at the local dealer looking and drooling as I commonly do on Sundays and I ran across a 2010 FX2 Sport and a 2010 F-150 XLT Scab with 5.5' box.

It's been said here a few times that with the Raptor now available, the 5.5" box would be deleted from the mainstream line-up. I guess it wasn't after all.

The 2010 Fx2 is not as pretty as I thought it would be. The wheels were awesome but I don't like the same blacked out grill and insert that the the FX4 comes with. This is a sport truck and should be all decked out with some chrome, brushed aluminum or something shiny.

The FX4 shows presence and the FX2 is, well just another 2 wheel drive F-150.

Any thoughts?

I heard that too about the 5.5 ft box being unavailable as of 2010 on anything but the Raptor. Could these have been special order, kind of like the STX's I saw last fall with the trailer tow, heated signal mirrors and moonroofs???

I havent seen a FX2 in person yet. I kinda like the grille. I LOVE my 2010 FX4 and the grille, but Im not a huge fan of the giant 3-bar XLT grille. The XLT Chrome package 5 bar grille is nice, but something about the 3 bar looks like a 19 yr old kid designed it. But, to each his own.
