If your oil is white or milky looking it probably is water.
What makes you think there's water in there?

What makes you suspect another substance in your oil pan? Water/ moisture will turn your oil a milky color. Sometimes this will occur on the inside of the oil cap in vehicles that arent drivin very far, due to the engine never getting hot enough to burn the condensation off. This isnt a worry item.

If you have a milkshake looking substance on your dipstick, you have bigger problems. The best fix for that is to change your head gaskets. Unless water was poured into the engine.

sometimes the lower freeze blugs that are in the front of the block behind the timing chain caver will fail causing this issue.it happens when the coolant systm is neglected and crud settles in this area and causes the plug to rot from the inside out.have had to repair this issue many times.good luck.
