Big truck guys, parts on the 'Bay to check out

Here's an option, if I am reading the ad correctly this guy has a rear axle out of Dodge RV with the 5 bolt, 8" circle. You might be able to upgrade the rear axle in your truck and possibly be able to upgrade your front brakes, I don't know if you could use the parts to do it but at this price it worth a try. It's really cheap, IMO, and the seller has the front axle with disc. If you're close it's a steal. The four wheels and tires are worth the price.

Pretty good deal. If it was close to me, I would buy both the front and back.

Not only is it 4.56, But you could probably buy any number of different ratios.

The Dana 70 is still supported.

If it weren't so far way I'd grap it in a second.

Early IH trucks had a five bolt pattern rear end that could be swap under our old Ford. I was next to a '50 F-5 at a truck that had one. Right next to it was an early '70 IH, owned by the same guy, that had the same axle. The F-5 owner told me the IH rear axle has the same gears as the early '70s Ford axle and could be swapped to higher gears.
