Cool. My family still owns almost everything out the west gate all the way to elgin. Not many good wheelin spots since its all ranch. But it makes for a nice Sunday drive with the fam. If you go out south of town into Herford theres plenty of nice roads and trails to explore, you can actually drive all the way around the Huachuca's south of the post. And North of Whetstone and Huachuca city there are several little roads going west into the Wetsone and Mustang mountains. Start on French Joe Canyon road...that a fun one. P.S...Ill be moving to Ft. Polk La later in the year, you ever been there? Ive talked to several people who have (including my dad) just want another take on the area!! thanks
