Back up camera wiring?

Bought a Boyo -405 today. Trying to locate a reverse/backing power wire under the steering wheel. The wiring with this unit makes it easier to power the camera near the dash instead of the tow wiring plug. Can anyone tell me where to look for Reverse only power? I've already checked the fuse box and there's no single dedicated fuse for reverse lights. Thanks.

look under driver side door still ..its the black with pink stripe
and the same color at the 7 pin plug on the back and the white on the 7 pin is a ground
this is where i hooked the camera wires and i hook the head unit wire at the driver door still

mine is a 05 f150 tho so ur colors might be different
i used a test light and had a buddy put it in rev and take it out to find the correct wire
so if u do that on ur 7 pin or at ur rev lights it should be that same color at the door still

kild1, thank you for the response. I checked the black with pink striped wire and got no power on my voltmeter. My 7 pin harness has a black with lime green stripe for the Reverse lights. I could not find the reverse wire under the driver's side door sill (there was no black/lime green wire). I checked at least 50 wires under the steering column area with no luck. I did have a large guage black/lime green wire coming out under the steering column (up high), but it was always powered.

Any other ideas? Does anyone have a schematic? 2001 F250 CC 7.3

I couldn't find a hot wire (Reverse only) in the cab. I spliced into the black/pink wire at the shift sensor on the tranny and ran the new wire into the firewall and under the steering column. Thought I'd put this out there for any future back up camera installs.

Ok, got the Boyo-405 wired and installed. But. I have no video. Got the hot, ground, and video wires. My question is, does the Kenwood DDX-6019 support the Boyo back up camera? I hooked up the video to the Kenwood "back up camera" input. What am I missing?

Well I figured it out. There was a purple/white rev. camera power wire on the head unit that had to be connected to the camera power wire. Good picture now.
