The truck experienced a minor fender-bender (or bumper-bender). The original rear bumper, that I just fixed up and painted a few months ago, is twisted up beyond repair. I chained up to a beam in the garage and yanked it straight, but there's a few creases that I'll probably never get out. I don't really care for the boxy, silver painted stock bumper anyway.

I tossed around the idea of ditching the bumper for a roll-pan, but to me roll-pans only look good on lifted and lowered trucks. LMC has a nice chrome bumper that I like - it's rounded - not a step-bumper. Problem is, the boneheads photoshop their pictures together in their catalogs and they don't look right - the bumpers aren't proportionally sized to the rest of the truck so I can't get a good idea of what they'd look like on the truck.

I'd love to see some pics of your truck with an aftermarket bumper to help me get ideas. I appreciate it bigtime - thanks fellas!
